...our philosophy
At Be - Conscious Living, LLC, we believe firmly in the
words of Ghandi, who said, "We must be the change we want to see in the
world." To "be the change" means we must live consciously, become joy,
and treat others with respect. We live in a world, however, that rarely
fosters personal growth. And thus, our growth becomes our personal
responsibility. As we take responsibility, doors
seem to open almost effortlessly. We begin to find delight in the world
as we gain great compassion for ourselves and others. We develop
authentic communication with others, accepting feedback and support more
readily. We begin to try a little less, and enjoy life more.
Our mission is to provide outstanding corporate workshops, as well as yoga and meditation, and personal coaching, whereby individuals and corporations manifest their
highest vision. In doing so, the world becomes a better place for all
of us.
...the yoga
We teach yoga in the style
of Baptiste Power Vinyasa. It is an athletic style of yoga that will
strengthen your body, build flexibility, calm your mind, and rejuvenate
you. Depending on the nature of the class or workshop, we may modify
the practice to fit specific group needs. Read more about Baptiste
Power Vinyasa at http://www.baronbaptiste.com.
